Our Mission
Our mission is to serve low-income individuals and families by providing affordable access to groceries, clothing, and essential supplies, while also addressing food insecurity through our weekly food pantry and emergency food assistance programs. In partnership with Family Services, we offer immediate support through vouchers for families facing difficult or unexpected circumstances, ensuring access to food when it is needed most. Our emergency food pantry is available five days a week to provide timely, compassionate care during times of crisis.

Cornerstone Market was created with one clear mission: to serve our community with dignity, affordability, and heart. We are a nonprofit discount grocery and essentials store dedicated to helping families stretch their dollars without sacrificing quality. Every shelf, every program, and every decision is guided by compassion, service, and strong Christian values rooted in loving our neighbors well.
We believe no one should have to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table. That’s why Cornerstone Market offers deeply discounted groceries, household necessities, clothing, and practical support services designed to lift people up—not profit from their hardship.
In addition to our store, we provide a weekly food pantry, with an emergency food pantry available five days a week for families facing immediate need. We work closely with Family Services, who can issue vouchers to ensure individuals and families receive help quickly and with dignity when it matters most.
Our roots run deep in Glenrock. This building has held decades of memories, and now it’s stepping into a new purpose. What once fed people through shared meals will now support families in a broader, more sustainable way. Through local partnerships, grants, and the helping hands of volunteers, we are building a welcoming place where everyone matters.
As Cornerstone Market grows, we will continue expanding programs and resources that strengthen our town and support those who need a hand up. This is more than a store—it’s a community hub built on compassion, responsibility, and hope.

Cornerstone Market offers a weekly food pantry to support individuals and families facing food insecurity. Pantry access is available once per week (day to be announced), and a valid government-issued ID is required.
For those experiencing an immediate or urgent need, emergency food assistance is available during store business hours through Family Services. Vouchers issued by Family Services may be redeemed at Cornerstone Market to ensure quick access to essential food items when it matters most.
Our goal is simple: to provide reliable, respectful support while helping families bridge difficult seasons with dignity and care.
